The Process

The working process from initial call to project completion with our team is seamless and enjoyable. We start with a consultation to discuss your needs, wants, and overall vision. From there we create a questionnaire to gain a better understanding of the scope and parameters of the job. After that, we send our clients a contract agreement that establishes expectations for both parties. Then we develop design/concept boards which include floor plans tailored to suit their lifestyle and aesthetic. Once approved, we provide source lists with click-and-buy options for products that fit within the budget set out in the agreement. We follow up with another call to confirm everything is in order before beginning the design installation. At the end of the process, our clients get to enjoy their newly designed space!

Step #3

From there our team will begin to develop design/concept boards, including room layout. Once approved, we provide source lists with click-and-buy options for products that fit within the budget set out in the agreement.

Step #4

If we are working with you on a renovation, with a signed contract in hand, our design team will begin the process of drawing plans, selecting materials and preparing bids as necessary...bringing you closer to enjoying your new space!

Concept Board & floor plan

Concept/mood boards are a starting point of the creative process for your new home/room design. The elements of the concept board are defined by you, the client, from our initial design meeting.  Floor plans ensure efficient utilization of space and are instrumental in streamlining the layout and design process.
