CLIENT'S CHALLENGE

In desperate need of general updates, this 1938 Tudor style home was really closed off, making the home feel much smaller than it actually is. It lacked functionality and the character you would expect of a home from this era.

RESULTS

After completely gutting the entire first floor, replacing all finishes with modern elements, refinishing the floors, painting every wall and all woodwork, this home feels bright and open.

CLIENT'S CHALLENGE

Sitting on beautiful acreage, this home lacked the beauty it richly deserved. The kitchen was closed off to the dining area, the master suite was outdated and was in much need of modernized finishes.

RESULTS

After a complete overhaul of the entire first floor, including adding a dog shower, this home finally reflects the beauty of the land it sits on.

CLIENT'S CHALLENGE

Every inch of this home needed updating. Built in 1939, this cape cod style home lacked functional, modernized finishes. The homeowners desired an all over more updated home.

RESULTS

After endless wallpaper removal, painting all walls and woodwork, re-finishing the hardwood floors, updating one of the three bathrooms, adding a half bath and a salon room, these homeowners are on their way to their dream home.
